TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions form a contract between the customer (you) and AMP and SAND ABN 72 631986 475 , ACN 631986 475 and apply to the ordering, purchase, fulfilment and delivery of goods from ampandsand.com. If you do not understand these Terms and Conditions or if you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Our office operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Sydney, Australia) from 8.30am until 5.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time). A representative of AMP and SAND will be happy to help you during these hours.

AMP and SAND reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of service without informing you. AMP and SAND shall uphold the Terms and Conditions for existing orders. We advise that you should check our website regularly for any updated Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Sale

By ordering from ampandsand.com you are indicating you wish to make a purchase for products indicated on your order, and authorising us to recover through your credit card.

We may accept or decline the order based on availability of goods and other factors. If we accept your order we will email confirming the order and price of goods.

Products available for sale on AMP and SAND are for personal use only. We have the right to refuse a sale if we have reason to believe the goods are being purchased for resale. During sale times, we reserve the right to limit the maximum quantity of each individual product being purchased.

As AMP and SAND will communicate with you about your order(s) using email, a valid email address must be provided to AMP and SAND for this purpose.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

AMP and SAND prices are subject to change without notice; please note you will only be charged the price at which the item(s) was at the time of purchase. We will not offer refunds for items that are of lesser value once received by the customer. AMP and SAND does not price match with other websites.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind and you can cancel the order before dispatch. However once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. AMP and SAND also reserves the right to cancel your order if you provide an unauthorised credit card, if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided, if you provide invalid personal details or if the product becomes unavailable.

AMP and SAND reserves the right to cancel any order without prejudice. We will notify you when we cancel your order. 

Confidential Information

Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at AMP and SAND will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. ampandsand.com stores and processes its payments through an eWAY hosted solution. View Eway's PCI DSS compliance certificate. Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to our Customer Service team. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s. You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

Security of Your Account

As part of creating your AMP and SAND account you will be required to provide a password, and it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password. Each time you use the password you will be deemed to be 'authorised to access', and use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions.

This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details. If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions, AMP and SAND reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you.

If your account is suspended or terminated you will not be able to access the Website. If you are awaiting delivery of products, AMP and SAND reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.

You must notify AMP and SAND if at any time you believe someone has access to your password.

Vouchers and Promotions

From time to time AMP and SAND uses vouchers for promotional purposes. Vouchers are in AUD and will have differing conditions pertaining to them. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible.

The vouchers are a one-time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout at AMP and SAND and by clicking “Apply Coupon”.

The Website content is protected by Australian and International copyright and trademark laws. You must not modify, copy or distribute any content from the AMP and SAND website in any way unless expressly authorised in writing by AMP and SAND.

You must not frame or embed in another website any of the material appearing on the AMP and SAND website without our prior written consent. You may store a reproduction of the content from the Website on your local computer for the purpose of viewing the content, and print hard copies of the content for viewing with the aim of ultimately purchasing products, but not for any other use, including commercial use.

Disclaimer and Liability

Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on the Website is correct, however AMP and SAND makes no warranty as the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any products on the Website, and provides all products on an “as is” basis.

The ‘Up to 70% Off Online Warehouse Sale’ applies to all sale items on site. Sale prices displayed on site are inclusive of the ‘up to 70% off’ discount. The sale excludes all full priced items and new arrivals. The sale starts at 6PM AEST Thursday 17th September and ends at 11:59PM AEST Sunday 20th September 2020. No exchanges or returns on sale items.
